Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Content Marketing Specialist will: Develop compelling content of all forms (written, visual, and multimedia), thoughtfully crafted to expand the company s inbound marketing strategy and generate quality sales leads. Maintain a steady output of materials to the market, including but not limited to inbound campaign content, website copy, commercial collateral, blog posts and articles, case studies, product and company positioning, social media posts, and more. Mange a content calendar to support and grow Veson s content strategy in alignment with broader marketing initiatives. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders and stay up-to-date on industry trends to understand the needs of our audience in order to develop content that will resonate and catalyze action. Maintain brand tone and voice across all digital and print materials. Assist the commercial team with RFP responses and proposals as needed. Explore and implement content marketing best practices to facilitate departmental scalability and efficiency. 3 years experience in a B2B marketing role; marketing experience in complex enterprise software, financial services, trading, or similar is strongly preferred Superior writing skills, applicable to varied formats, styles, and tones Impeccable spelling and grammar, including a defensible position on the Oxford Comma. Graphic layout skills and an eye for design A passion for compelling storytelling and narrative flow The ability to identify and target specific personas at various stages of the sales cycle, and translate complex technical concepts and business objectives into clear, compelling narratives Exceptional organizational skills; the ability to successfully manage and navigate multiple projects at once, and exacting attention to detail A proactive can do demeanor a history of taking initiative on tasks both strategic and routine with a sense of urgency Reliability, professionalism, and polish A genuine team player and relentless learner Strong proficiency in systems and tools, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office, CMS (Wordpress preferred), CRM (Salesforce preferred), and Pardot.
