About the Position: This position is located in the USA Armament Research and Development Center. The Combat Capabilities Development Command Armaments Center is the Army's Center of Lethality and provides more than 90 percent of the Army's lethality to soldiers. CCDC Armaments Center mission includes: improving already fielded items, developing new items, maintaining a strong armament technology base in government, industry and academia and providing technical support to Soldiers in the field.

Lead decision briefings on significant developments in area of expertise.
Executes policies, controls technical data and formulates office positions on Acceptance Inspection Equipment (AIE), critical characteristics identification and control, process control and other quality contractual requirements.
Informs agency policy and establishes scope of effort for projects using Quality Program Management methodologies.
Serves as subject matter expert in one of the QE and SA Core Competencies (Quality, Safety, Reliability, Software Quality, Product Quality Management, Radiation Protection, and Product Verification).
Resolve complex issues and technical conflicts to support product teams.
Represent the organization through interacting with Project Management/Program Executive Office and Cross Functional Team communities for the formulation and planning of programs.
Provide mentorship and growth to team members.
