As a Creative Manager, your role will be to support our client-facing and internal graphic design needs and digital marketing initiatives. No two days are ever the same, and there is always plenty to do. You?ll certainly never just be a face in the crowd at Paragon ? we truly appreciate and seek to leverage everyone?s time and unique skill sets Responsibilities and Duties The Creative Manager is an integral member of the Paragon team, collaborating closely with the team to design a wide range of materials. The position requires a well-rounded individual with experience in graphic design programs, print production and digital/marketing platforms. You will design and manage marketing, sales and digital assets and collateral. Graphic design projects include: marketing sheets, flyers, brochures, PowerPoint presentations, HTML emails, website and social media graphics and more. You?ll also help with regular website updates, execute campaigns on various CRM/CMS platforms, brainstorm creative ideas, and manage projects and timelines for both clients and Paragon. How to succeed in this role: Stay up-to-date with digital trends and best practices for graphic design Think creatively to produce new ideas and elements for typography, color, imagery and other graphic design fundamentals Create engaging social assets for both organic and paid use across all platforms Assist with the creation of animated graphics Work closely with our marketing team to optimize ad designs based on previous performance Required Qualifications: BA/BS/BFA degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field 2-5 years Graphic Design experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Digital Publishing), Google Suite (such as Google Slides and Google Docs) and Microsoft Office (such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word) Experience with most social media platforms Strong project management and organizational skills Professional communications etiquette (in-person, email and phone) to work directly with clients
