Position Description

Oracle s CX Cloud business is one ofthe fastest growing segments for

the company and represents one ofthe most important ways our customers

can modernize, innovate anddifferentiate. Representing some of the most

innovative product lines in thecompany, including: Sales, Marketing, Service and Social Automation and more,this group is at the tip of the spear in leading programs that help acceleratesales, drive new product strategy, and new marketing programs. The ProductMarketing Data Analyst for CX Cloud will join the Cloud Business Groupreporting directly to the Head of CX Cloud

for Programs/Operations. You willhave the unique responsibility for helping coordinate data collection,marketing segmentation programs for CX products.

This will include maintaining weeklyreporting, data collection and analysis for capturing data around wins/losses,pipeline, trials, cloud consumption, customer success and more.

Additional responsibilities willinclude:

Interface with finance leaders and business developmentleads for

collaboration of data collection,analysis, and sharing/communication

of new actionable insights.

Manage call downs and automated surveys for customerwin/loss

analysis

Coordinate weekly reports for pipeline, trials, cloudconsumption, and

win/loss data

Analyze win/loss data to identify patterns, use cases,develop new data

models

Work collaboratively with field, product teams, finance, toconsolidate

data and analyze it consistently Required skills:

Advanced use of excel for reportgeneration, identify key market statistics,

interpret findings, and helpexecutives understand the numbers behind their

marketing strategies, sales plays,and product enhancements.

Desired skills:

3-4 years in thefield of data analysis, market analysis, or sales

operations

Product Marketingor Product Management background in related cloud

technologies in SaaS

Understand salesfinancials, pipeline reporting, ARR, consumption data,

pay-as-you go

Experienced atcollecting customer win and loss analysis, survey and

call-down programs to sales teams. - 1-3 years of sales or pre-salesexperience Education:

B.S. / B.A. Mathematics, Economics,or Computer Science,

Marketing and MBA preferred.

Life experiences that have providedsimilar grounding in marketing are also appropriate.
