Job description :

  • Hands on experience with Android app and iOS app, Web based application testing.
  • Extensive experience of Accessibility testing. (mandatory)
  • Extensive knowledge of ChromeVox, TalkBack, VoiceOver, JAWS, NVDA.
  • Working knowledge of Android Studio and adb commands.
  • Working knowledge of xCode.
  • Unix/Linux skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work and change focus quickly when required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Having IAAP - CPACC certification is a big plus.
  • Defect management:

  • Write detailed descriptive bugs with understanding of different environments
  • Coordinate, collaborate and troubleshoot issues with developers, PMs and engineers
  • Test case management:

  • Write new test cases based on new features and keep a running doc of all new features for releases.
  • Should be able to implement a comprehensive test plan/test cases.
  • Write test docs based on test tools.
  • Test execution and status reporting:

  • Perform Accessibility testing on Web, iOS and Android platforms.
  • Write detailed QA status report to teams.
  • Capture test logs and analyze data from logging tools.
  • Understand and verify logs from prerelease and production builds.
  • Use logging tools to perform analysis of logs.
  • Attend objectives and key results meetings with developers and PM to coordinate specific guidelines for the new releases.
