Health Recovery Solutions (HRS) is looking to grow our Product team by adding a Junior Product Manager who is entrepreneurial and passionate about creating amazing user experiences. This is a full-time position based in Hoboken, NJ. Who you are As we build out our small but rapidly expanding team, we?re looking for someone who wants to expand their knowledge as a Product Manager and who also has a passion and excitement for healthcare. As a Junior Product Manager at HRS, you will work with a multidisciplinary team, operating through lean, agile-centric delivery. You will be responsible for requirements gathering and for liaising between business groups to help prioritize product work and product documentation. Our ideal candidate is expected to have some experience with software development processes, user experience and design, Agile best practices and planning, as well as knowledge of healthcare. What we?re looking for You have 1 years of software product management experience You have fluency in Agile software development workflows You have experience with a tracking tool such as Jira, Trello, or Rally You have worked with products across web-based and/or mobile (iOS & Android) platforms You have experience gathering user feedback and managing user expectations You have a passion for the improvement of healthcare and are self-motivated What you?re responsible for Working with Product Manager, CTO and other internal stakeholders to facilitate, evaluate and ticket new feature requests and bugs Becoming a product expert by creating and maintaining a product features inventory list Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, and deliver innovative solutions Gathering and managing product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing Engaging in relentless prioritization of work for the development team What we offer ?
