Under the direction of the Sous Chef/Chef, the Cook 3-Bake Shop; prepares and makes all types of pastries and cleans stocks and maintains the pastry shop kitchens and displays. The Cook 3 also assists with venue management, including but not limited to; expediting, managing inventory and supervising, mentoring and training personnel. A minimum of (3) three years of experience in a full service or institutional pastry shop required. The ability to understand requests and instructions, and assure the completion of tasks and requests in English. Working during weekends, holidays and peak business periods are required, including working any shift/day designated by the department. Team member must be able to lift a minimum of 35lbs. multiple times per day, and push a cart weighing up to 100lbs.
