Description:

Under the direction of the Vice President of Player Development Asian Marketing, the incumbent is responsible for the successful overall direction and management of all activities related to customer development and the maintenance of the casino's Asian customer base in East Coast. In this role, employee's revenue responsibilities include but are not limited to the following; Producing 10 times their base salary in Theoretical profit for the first year. Must maintain 40+ % theoretical profit margins. Patrons will be coded based on departmental policy. Must have clear access and relationship with a minimum list of 100+ Premium customers from a competitive market. Five (5) to seven (7) years of marketing or player development experience in the casino industry required. Must possess excellent customer service skills. Must be familiar with Asian culture and language. Must speak, read and write fluent Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English. Vietnamese, Korean and any other Asian languages are plus. Ability to develop new business in major feeder markets with minimum supervision. Due to the nature of the business, must be able to work flexible hours as dictated by business needs and must be willing to travel as needed.
