The Senior Product Manager plays a critical role in defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and business model for patient access services and related market opportunities. The successful Senior Product Manager is passionate about data-driven decision making, developing a deep understanding of customer and end-user needs, and developing elegant and beautiful solutions to pervasive industry pain points.
You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, working with the business development team, account management, and key customers. Expect to present at customer meetings, conferences, and attend relevant industry trade shows.
Lead new product development through entire lifecycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration. Define, test, and validate innovative solutions in R&D phases through user testing, A/B testing, prototypes, etc.Track evolving user needs, industry trends, and competitor activity, and develop a nuanced understanding of researcher workflows and pain points.Build strong partnerships with internal product, technology, marketing, and sales teams to scope, define, and execute new product developmentSpecify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going customer and prospect interaction, working with customer support, and analyzing competitive intelligenceEnsure smooth implementation of products and services through project management and account teams.Driving a solution set across engineering teams via Product Owner role within Agile Scrum framework.Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.Act as the voice of the customer to deliver the industry leading use experience.Position requires travel to conferences, trade events and customer locations (up to 25%)

Diversity and Inclusion
Bachelor's degree required; major in business, marketing, engineering, computer science preferred. MBA preferred.
5+ years' product management experience including strategic planning and implementation required; experience managing web-based, Software-as-a-Service products preferred.
Experience in the healthcare field or adjacent industries required, pharmaceutical industry a definite plus.
Position requires travel to conferences, trade events and customer locations (up to 25%).
