The Loaner program is a dedicated fleet of IT equipment (desktops, laptops, monitors, etc.) that are requested by Business units that have short term temporary need (contractors, auditors, regulators, special projects, etc..) or have an immediate need of equipment while their permanent machine is ordered or repaired. Computer Loaner Department Lead is responsible for maintaining the Loaner Pool inventory, request site, hardware deployment, imaging, upgrades, configurations, shipping, receiving, end user support, as well as asset management. The work is managed through a request process and each request is billed back to requesting RC/Business unit.


Key role ensures all timelines and objectives are met. Provide strong Customer Service for internal IT teams as well as Business Partners. Work closely with the IT teams Test and install software and applications for workstation distribution. Responsible for cleaning, deployment, shipping, and receiving of hardware. Provide weekly status reports to core management team. Provide weekly status report to ITAM Team. Ability to provide back-up support as required for technical support, projects and field work. Ad hoc requests as assigned by client. #LI-MP1
