  • Full-time employment (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Monday - Friday; 1 hour lunch)
  • This position, in the Bureau of Health Statistics and Registries, Division of Vital Records, supports the bureau's mission of managing a statewide registry for vital events by performing duties related to fraud detection and prevention; disaster planning; and supervising the operations of two branch offices responsible for providing advice and counsel to the general public regarding vital event records and certificates, examining and processing a range of applications for vital event certificates, amending birth and death records, managing work and inquiries generated by the legislature, and registration of death cases.

  • Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and a bachelor's degree; OR any equivalent combination of experience and training.
