Buggy TLC is a global leader in the management of the ride-hailing rental vehicle market as well as the creation and management of a suite of software that maximize the operational management of a fleet. Buggy works hand in hand with its customers to help ensure success for the ride-share driver and has growth plans that involves a presence across multiple countries within the next 12 months. Buggy TLC is looking for an individual to oversee all aspects of our vehicle remarketing programs for the company. Responsibilities/Duties: Responsibilities • Sell repossessed vehicles • Analyze sale performance of vehicle inventory • Analyze pricing strategy to identify changes that may be needed as market conditions change • Manage online auction sales • Ensure that all vehicles are priced and available for sale in accordance to department KPIs to reduce inventory turn • Oversee all auction sale processes to maximize proceeds and expose vehicles to the widest possible audience • Foster and maintain relationships with key auction personnel regarding inventory and sales activity at physical auction • Create and present operational metrics to key stakeholders including C-Suite and board members • Consistently look for new channels and opertunities for quick sales without decreasing revenue • Manage activities of all recon technicians to ensure all reconditioning services and processes utilized meet Lindsay’s guidelines, specifications and requirements • Establish and communicate production goals and work schedule assignments in a reasonable and timely manner. Measure process efficiency and effectiveness and implement improvement strategies as needed. • Manage activities of all recon technicians to ensure all reconditioning services and processes utilized meet Lindsay’s guidelines, specifications and requirements Qualifications • Experience in automotive buying and selling (remarketing experience preferred) • Experience in creating processes, KPI's, and vehicles inspection techniques. • Outstanding analytical thinking skills and attention to excellence/detail. • Commitment to excellence, attention to detail. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Experience with upstream vehicle selling, both retail, online and exporting. • Prior experience with Technology, Excel, ERP Systems, and shop management tools. • Prior experience in fleet management, dealerships, part purchasing is helpful. • International vehicle sales is helpful. • ASE and I-CAR certification preferred Work Locations: Crown Heights Brooklyn.
