You'll be very experienced in learning design, knowing how to use digital solutions to engage users and will bring creative ideas on how to do this within a coaching practice. We work at a mindset level, we challenge people to bring about significant behavioural change to do the best work of their lives - you'll be at the heart of supporting this to happen, but it also means you've got to have some knowledge of how this works. So ideally, you may be a qualified or practising coach or will at least have some experience of working with this type of material. You'll also be an experienced facilitator and bring knowledge of how content supports learning in practice.. You'll be leading an innovative and enthusiastic team, so you'll need to show experience in bringing the best out of others and leading a team. There will be an emphasis on taking others in the business with you on the journey as you use your skills and experience to support our plans for ambitious growth. Experienced in nagivating challenge and differing points of view, you'll be able to build relationships at all levels and influence where needed to achieve this.. What you'll do at BTS. The role is for someone who has a passion for designing and researching cutting edge new transformational content that supports vertical and horizontal mindset shift development. You have coaching and facilitation experience.. The purpose of this role is to manage the design process, test and develop/improve our core content design for coaching, pods and workshops, as well as any new products we create. This will include managing the digital design processes, digital content library and sharing our library with consultants.. The role will create professional and world class materials for the business and develop the know-how of designing with the core content in the regions. You will will create and develop the capability of producing and programme building with digitized content across the regions, and working with the key digital platforms (including the BTS Content Management System, the User Interface, Changr and the Program Builder). You will also partner with the Global Head of Quality, Content and Design to create and develop materials and content to support the hexagons. This role will be seen as a specialist in our field and be seeking new ideas and new content to support our strategy.. You'll be responsible for the Design team and lead the focus on:. Managing and evolving our content in coaching, pod and workshop facilitation. This will mean live testing new designs across these formats and applying feedback from consultants, coaches and coachees.. Managing our content so that it is consistent and accessible globally. Managing the digital processes and evolution of the relationship between the CMS, UI and production. Empowering consultants and programme managers to design coaching solutions with a digital and scalable mindset. Evolving our digital content so that it remains competitive for the modern global audience, to include:. a. Language translation. b. Animation/video. c. Learning design. d. Artificial intelligence. Continually improving the processes of design for others to use, as our systems evolve. Integrating our designs with other BTS practices through technology and the creation of integrated designs. This is a full time, permanent role that could be based remotely or from our Portsmouth or London offices. There may be some travel required within the role given the global focus of the position and to engage with our regional communities of coaches.
