Job Number: R0054979 Risk Analyst, Senior Key Role: Manage insurance risk management programs to protect the corporate balance sheet and the organization's employees. Design and maintain broad coverage at the most competitive commercial insurance rates. Maintain responsibility for directing the purchase of insurance programs, managing certain claims and loss control activities and relationships with third-party service providers, including brokers, insurers, and other Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), preparing loss analysis, providing analytical support for budgets, identifying exposures, recommending and implementing insurance solutions, promoting risk mitigation, and updating and monitoring compliance with insurance policies and procedures. Work with clients and project teams to develop, implement, and mature current risk management processes and procedures based upon industry best practices. Assist project team members with identifying risks, writing risk descriptions, and ensuring risk data properly captures risk impacts, including cost, schedule, and technical. Prepare and present briefings on risk status to varying levels of management. Leverage knowledge of integrated cost and schedulerisk analyses and methodologies. This position requires the ability to work onsite at Picatinny, NJ. Basic Qualifications: -5+ years of experience with program management risk and risk analysis -2+ years of experience with risk management on large and complex Defense Acquisition Life Cycle Management programs -Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access -Ability to critically assess risk data and communicate priority findings to teams -Ability to obtain a security clearance -BA or BS degree Additional Qualifications: -Experience with a risk management software, including Risk Recon -Experience with supporting programs and contracts in the federal government -Experience with performing enterprise risk assessments and facilitating risk workshops -Experience with training others on risk management best practices -Ability to influence clients and teams to adjust their approach and try new capabilities -PMP or PMI-RMP CertificationSalary Range: NAMinimum Qualification5 - 7 years
