YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESThis position requires a dynamic and strong manager to contribute to managing and shaping an increasing complex activation function in our marketing mix. Leveraging these channels are often being done for the first time because new companies and programs emerge and change on a weekly basis.  Management of numerous 3rd party agencies and suppliers is required.  This position is required to work across the division with numerous functional groups since digital strategies are often new to the division and present opportunity and risk.  This position also requires an In-depth understanding of SEM best practices and a proven track record of managing large complex search programs and delivering measurable results.  Serve as search subject matter expert to ensure that strategic brand objectives are understood and translated into a channel strategy with full accountability for program performance from research/setup to management, reporting and optimization across our portfolio of Brands.  The primary responsibilities of this role, Associate Manager, Search Marketing, are to:  Oversee development and implementation of search campaign components including setting account structure to Keyword development to creative copy development;Accountable for managing budgets towards performance goals and proposing and implementing optimizations (copy testing, bidding, etc.);Apply context around digital spend and conversion (micro/macro) to support a ROI/ROAS based model to inform and guide a robust media optimization strategy;Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Bayer media best practices based on framework and engagement model for the ability to benchmark performance and provide context around campaign performance;Develop and manage search testing strategy across the brand portfolio focused on driving new insight and incremental campaign performance;Manage Media agency and collaborate with external paid search partners (engines/tool providers) to stay at the forefront of capability development;Contribute to digital reporting (ad-hoc/quarterly/etc.), adding context to paid search performance and optimization in a way that is digestible for all levels of the brand organization.WHO YOU AREYour success will be driven by your demonstration of our LIFE values.  More specifically related to this position, Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years in Digital Marketing (with foundational knowledge base across channels and analytics) preferably in Healthcare or Consumer Health;4+ years search experience in managing the day to day operations of large complex search campaigns;Results oriented marketer with a deep understanding of creating and delivering a measurement strategy focused on delivering results for Search;3-5 years of paid search experience;Required platform experience: SearchAds360, Google Ads, Bing Ads;Strong familiarity with the digital environment and a clear understanding of media planning and buying process;Structured thinker and clear in verbal and written communication, concise and on-point when asking and answering questions;Strong verbal and written communication and the ability to communicate highly complex ideas in a simple effective manner;Demonstrated ability to manage and influence change;Preferred Qualifications:A certification in Google Ads is preferredmulti-channel knowledge and DoubleClick Search/SA360 expertise preferredCountry: United StatesState: New JerseyLocation: WhippanyReference Code: 65774Functional Area:MarketingEntry Level : Professional
