Deliver advanced clinical decision solutions that measurably improve clinical effectiveness by helping healthcare professionals provide optimal care for their patients. Utilize service/sales expertise in healthcare technology, relationship building and networking within an assigned territory to further expand the use of the VA telehealth solution by collaborating with Site / VISN Leads, Nurse Managers, Care Coordinators, Dieticians, Program Support Assistants. The Account Manager is responsible for onboarding/training new customers, growing existing customers and providing exceptional customer service to generate new patient enrollments. The Account Manager will be paired with a Field Sales - Account Executive to maximize patient enrollment growth in their respective territory.

  • Lead customer management and service support
  • Identify and build relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Onboard and train new/existing customers on products and solutions
  • Provide direct customer enrollment support and issue resolution
  • Review account utilization management reporting
  • Utilize Salesforce automation tools to track progress and report results
  • Coordinate with internal partners to execute collaborative customer growth and satisfaction plan
  • Collaborate with marketing in account communications planning and marketing campaigns
  • Identify and support cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with existing customers

Assist Field Sales/Account Executives with lead generation through existing customer relationships
