Program Manager II / 544172 Location: New York, NY Duration: 6 months with possible extension The FameBit By YouTube sales team is busy making our core product better by ensuring we match the most relevant brands and creators, offering winning brand solutions across both media and branded content. We are laser focused on innovating the product and sales offering so brands can get the most out of YouTube s ecosystem of influencers of all sizes. As a member of the Branded Content Strategy team, you are a critical liaison between Sales and Product and Brands and Creators, managing influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion as we scale our business to service the world s largest brands across GMS and LCS. The FameBit By YouTube model is focused on scaled, organic integrations so no production studios or scripts but authentic content in the voice of the creator. Among many attributes, you are a highly skilled and experienced account manager with a strong knowledge of influencer marketing and brand building, combined with exceptional creativity, communication negotiation, and analytical skills. Responsibilities include Participation in the pre and post sales process Using data/insights to make smart creator recommendations and structure campaigns Identifying and communicating brand goals and KPI's Curating and pitching YouTube talent (including working with and building strong relationships with top Hollywood talent agencies WME, CAA, UTA, Select Management, etc). Will be the driver of brand deals for our creator ecosystem, partnering with internal YouTube SPM, Top Creator, Multicultural, Gaming, and Music teams to ensure both external brands and our YouTube creators are committed and excited about FameBit By YouTube. Manage the entire end to end influencer marketing process (from pitch to production) including working in the FameBit platform and across YouTube internal teams to put together the ultimate influencer program. Curate the best creators to fit a brand s campaign using our product tools and audience insights data. Present brand sponsorship opportunities to creators, talent agencies, and talent managers; negotiate full deal cycles starting with pitching sponsorship opportunities to creators and leading into video production and campaign completion. Plan and manage campaigns and oversee execution of deliverables by creators in accordance with client agreements and legal compliance. Curate talent lists for campaigns, working and negotiating with independent creators and agencies. Minimum qualifications: BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 6 years relevant work experience). 5 years of proven success in sales, account management, project management and execution, multi-tasking and implementation. Related experience in media, marketing, branded content or video program management Knowledge and/or passion for YouTube creators and the YouTube platform Preferred qualifications: Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills Experience negotiating brand deals with creators Strong strategic thinking, strong communication (written and oral), and cross-functional coordination skills Self-motivated individual that is comfortable operating in a rapidly changing and largely undefined industry Associated topics: chief program officer, cpo, manage, manager, management, monitor, product manager, project manager, relationship manager, task
