Account Coordinator II / 544166 Duration: 6 Months (start date 09/01/19) Location: New York, NY Advanced Brand Acceleration Team [ABAT] vision: We are digital change agents who help Google sellers unlock next level growth for top customers by solidifying our position as their strategic partner of choice through groundbreaking innovation, insights, and industry-defining creative and media effectiveness. The Role In partnership with the Customer Strategy Partners (4X globally), you will help manage logistics around ABAT programs, ensuring it is a high quality, premium experience at every touch point. This requires developing extensive relationships to ensure ABAT is addressing our customers critical needs. Responsibilities: Become an expert on the ABAT offerings and the strategic road maps made up of ABAT offerings Customer Strategy created for each of our global clients to accelerate the Google partnership. Develop strong relationships and working cadence with Customer Strategy and cross-functional internal stakeholders in order to execute the scope of the role as follows: Manage logistics across cross functional teams Schedule and coordinate across ABAT and cross functional teams for high-impact meetings and events across the globe Coordinate with global sales teams to preview ABAT thought leadership in critical client forums Manage the team calendar and weekly status meetings in order to maintain visibility and identify key needs across Customer Strategy-led projects Work closely with ABAT & global service teams to finalize collateral to showcase team s capabilities in our highest priority deals. Format and polish slide decks (formatting, ensuring consistent design elements, etc) Managing internal tracking systems Manage Customer Strategy inputs for SmartSheets, ABAT s end-to-end tracking system for all projects. Keep Strategic Value Ad (SVA) Scorecards up to date in order to provide a snapshot of how we're delivering against the planned SVA support for the year and identify areas where we need to adjust and optimize moving forward. Skill/Experience/Education BA/BS degree Passionate marketing, sales or agency strategy executive 4 years experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Agency Coordinator or similar role Project management skills and great execution, illustrated by strong track record of working in complex cross-functional environments Exceptional attention to detail and ability to learn new systems Desired Outstanding written and oral communication skills Demonstrated ability to set, manage and track against a set of diverse, strategic KPIs Ability to flex both soft skills and analytical responsibilities to identify client gaps and opportunities.
